Contactgegevens, betaling, verzending, retourneren, garantie etc. worden na de bestelling nogmaals naar de klant gezonden in een bevestigingsmail. Verder geven wij informatie over wettelijke conformiteitsregels, de zogenaamde wettelijke garantie.
Herroepingsrecht
Natuurlijk kun je de sieraden retourneren. Het is wel de bedoeling dat je deze met plezier draagt. Daar maken we ze tenslotte voor. Hieronder lees je stap voor stap hoe je de artikelen retourneert en wat de voorwaarden zijn.
Hoe retourneer ik mijn bestelling?
Indien je van de koop af wilt zien verzoeken we je gebruik te maken van ons retourformulier. Vul het formulier in en knip het bovenste gedeelte af. Het bovenste gedeelte kan je op het pakketje plakken.
Wat moet ik doen als ik een artikel wil ruilen?
Als je een ongebruikt product wilt ruilen, volg dan dezelfde stappen als bij het retourneren. Ook gelden dezelfde voorwaarden als bij het retourneren. Het gewenste nieuwe product kan je direct bestellen via onze webshop.
Hoeveel dagen heb ik om mijn bestelling te retourneren?
De standaard retourtermijn is 14 kalenderdagen. De termijn gaat in na ontvangst van het product. Bij meerdere producten uit een enkele bestelling gaat de termijn pas in na levering van het laatste product. Wanneer je hebt aangegeven dat je van de koop af wilt zien, heb je nog eens 14 dagen om het product terug te sturen.
Zijn er kosten aan het retourneren verbonden?
De kosten voor retourneren zijn voor eigen rekening. De kosten zijn afhankelijk van de gekozen methode. Wanneer u een artikel retourneert dat gerepareerd moet worden én dit valt ook onder de garantie, dan vergoeden wij de verzendkosten uiteraard wél.
Van kapotte of gebruikte producten wordt de schade in rekening gebracht.
Welke artikelen kunnen geretourneerd worden?
Ongebruikte artikelen, zonder sporen van gebruik, waarvan alle labels en verpakkingen nog aanwezig zijn.
Welke artikelen kunnen niet geretourneerd worden?
- speciaal voor op maat gemaakte sieraden en artikelen, welke niet binnen de standaard maatvoering en/of ontwerpen vallen (zoals deze op de website vermeld staan)
- sale items
- eenmalige items en uitvoeringen
Wanneer wordt het geld terug gestort?
Clic Creations verplicht zich om binnen 14 dagen na ontbinding alle betaalde bedragen terugbetalen. Zodra het sieraad bij ons binnen is verwerken wij de retournering vaak direct (op werkdagen). Hierdoor staat het verschuldigde bedrag vaak binnen 2-5 werkdagen op je rekening!

How do I return my order?
We ask you to use our form if you want to cancel the purchase. We kindly ask you to send the package back to us incl. the form so that the processing goes smoothly and we can reimburse you quickly! Read on about the further conditions and exchanging items below.
How many days do I have to return my order?
The standard return period is 14 calendar days. The period begins upon receipt of the product. For multiple products from a single order, the period only starts after delivery of the last product.
If you have indicated that you wish to cancel the purchase, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Which items can I return?
- Unused items, without any traces of use
- Items with all labels and packaging still present
Which items can I not return?
- Custom made jewelry and articles, which are not within the standard measurements and / or designs (as listed on the website)
- sale items
- one-off items and performances
What if I want to exchange a product for a different one?
If you want to exchange an unused product, then the same rules apply as for returning. You also follow the same steps as for returns (described above). You can then order the desired new product directly through our website.
When will the money be refunded to my account?
Clic Creations undertakes to refund all payments made within 14 days of the dissolution. As soon as we have received the article, we will process the return immediately (on working days). This means that you will usually get your money back sooner. With some payment methods, the processing of the refund takes a little while, but rarely longer than 14 days. We therefore ask for your patience. Should it take longer than 14 days, please contact us!
Are there any costs associated with the return?
The costs for returning (sending) products are for the customer. For broken or used products the damage will be charged. When you return an article that needs to be repaired and this is covered by the warranty, we will of course reimburse the shipping costs.
Refund within 14 days
Clic Creations is obliged to refund all amounts paid within 14 days after termination. The costs for returning are for the customer. The damage will be charged for broken or used products.
