Right of withdrawal
Of course, you can return your jewelry. We want you to enjoy wearing it. After all, that's what we make it for. Below, you'll find step-by-step instructions on how to return your items and the terms and conditions.
How do I return my order?
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please use our returns form . Complete the form and cut off the top section. You can stick the top section onto the package. You can also print a return label there.

What should I do if I want to exchange an item?
If you want to exchange a product, follow the same steps as for returning it. The same terms and conditions also apply. You can order the new product you want directly through our webshop.
How many days do I have to return my order?
The standard return period is 14 calendar days. This period begins after you receive the product. For multiple products from a single order, the period only begins after the last product has been delivered. If you have indicated that you wish to cancel the purchase, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Are there any costs associated with returning an item?
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. These costs depend on the method you choose.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (which excludes any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). Without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.
You meet the deadline if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Damage to damaged or used products will be charged.

Which items cannot be returned?
- especially for custom-made jewelry and items that do not fall within the standard dimensions and/or designs (as stated on the website)
When will the money be refunded?
Clic Creations is committed to refunding all payments within 14 days of cancellation. Once we receive the jewelry, we often process the return immediately (on business days). This means the amount due will usually be in your account within 2-5 business days!

If you want to exchange an unused product, then the same rules apply as for returning. You also follow the same steps as for returns (described above). You can then order the desired new product directly through our website.
When will the money be refunded to my account?
Clic Creations undertakes to refund all payments made within 14 days of the dissolution. As soon as we have received the article, we will process the return immediately (on working days). This means that you will usually get your money back sooner. With some payment methods, the processing of the refund takes a little while, but rarely longer than 14 days. We therefore ask for your patience. Should it take longer than 14 days, please contact us!
Are there any costs associated with the return?
The costs for returning (sending) products are for the customer.
The costs for returns are at your own expense. The costs depend on the method chosen.
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive payments you have made up to that time, excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us.
You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Damage will be charged for damaged or used products.
Refund within 14 days
Clic Creations is obliged to refund all amounts paid within 14 days after termination. The costs for returning are for the customer. The damage will be charged for broken or used products.
