Free repair under warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on the jewellery you buy from CLIC by Suzanne, effective from the date of purchase, on presentation of a valid proof of purchase (for example from a jeweller or a confirmation email).
This warranty covers all manufacturing defects that occur within one year of purchase. The warranty does not cover: broken pins, bent necklace wires, or damage caused by improper use. We also ask you not to repair the product yourself, as this too voids the warranty.
This manufacturer's warranty does not affect your statutory rights. Under the law you are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement (legal conformity); this right is not limited to a fixed period.

If, after inspection, the defect in your jewellery is found to be covered by the warranty, we will of course reimburse the shipping costs.

*Magnets that have been fitted by a customer themselves have to be burned out. This is therefore not covered by the warranty.
For a precise quote we first need to inspect the jewellery. All postage costs are at your own expense. After we receive the item, we will send you a quote by email. Once you approve it, we will carry out the repair.
